Join our Leadership Excellence Program in
General Management.

Our Program is designed for graduate students as a fast track route to senior management. At the end of the Program, you will be ready for senior leadership roles managing significant budgets and taking ownership of and responsibility for critical projects or business areas.

With some similarities to a traditional rotational management program, it is in fact structured as a leadership development opportunity. Normally spanning a 12-month period, you will work closely with a senior leader within the business.

You’ll work on projects that are critical to the business and will learn by ‘doing’ – having multiple opportunities to demonstrate your skills and your capability for leadership.

While everyone’s career path is personal, timings and activities in your journey may vary depending on business needs. Program activities may include:

  • Acting as a facility CEO
  • Closing the performance gap at an underperforming facility
  • Leading the introduction of a new clinical service line and facilitating market pull-through
  • Managing the development of a new surgery center from proof of concept through design, construction, and physician syndication
  • Partnering with Managed Care and Operations to design a corporate-side program, driving pull-through in payment innovation models

In your second year you will be placed in a key managerial or director level position. Your career path will then be entirely in your hands.

Make an impact from Day One. Work on high visibility projects, collaborate with our most senior individuals and solve real business challenges.
