Caitlin Zulla

Chief Executive Officer

SCA Chief Executive Officer Caitlin Zulla most recently held the dual role of chief administrative officer and chief financial officer with responsibility for ten separate business functions. In a previous role with MedAssets, she oversaw the revenue cycle services division. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, and a Master of Public Health and Health Management from Columbia University. She is also earning a Master’s in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.

Tim Buono

Senior Vice President, Development

Tim is responsible for investment activity and corporate development within SCA. Prior to SCA, he was vice president of business development at CVS Health and a partner with a health care focused venture capital firm. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College.

Warren Cinnick

Group Vice President, Human Resources

Since joining SCA in 2017, Warren has served as the leader of human resources. Prior to SCA, he held executive human resources roles at Northwestern Medicine, Trinity Health, and General Electric (GE). Warren earned his MBA in Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

Jordan Cox

Group Vice President, Operations

Jordan serves as a group vice president, operations. Since 2014, he has served SCA in a variety of operations and development roles. Prior to joining SCA, he supported strategy and business development at Henry Ford Health System. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina, received his MBA from The Citadel, and a Master of Science from Columbia University.

David Cutter

Group Vice President, Operations

David has been with SCA since 2016 and serves as a group vice president, operations. Prior to SCA, he was the vice president of clinical solution sales at Influence Health. He earned a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science from Millsaps College.

Marie Edler

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Payer Engagement

Marie leads the team focused on strategic, value-based initiatives though payer engagement, contracting and government affairs in the specialist and ancillary settings. Prior to SCA, she served as director of reimbursement policy for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and vice president of managed care and compliance for Specialty Surgicenters Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Health from Emory University.

Brandon Frazier

Group Vice President, Development

As Group Vice President, Brandon manages relationships with SCA’s largest customers; he joined SCA in 2013. His previous role at Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America (ASCOA) was focused on turning around struggling ASCs and building new surgery centers. He earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Amanda Frith

Group Vice President, Administrative Services

Amanda has been with the SCA team for more than 10 years. She most recently served as vice president, supply chain operations. In her role as group vice president of administrative services, Amanda is responsible for overseeing supply chain, analytics, information technology, diligence and integration, and communications and marketing. Amanda earned her MBA in Information Systems and her Bachelor of Science from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Stephen Kinsley

Group Vice President, Strategy and Payer Engagement

Stephen serves as a group vice president, strategy and payer engagement. Since joining SCA in 2006, he has supported significant growth of partnerships across the enterprise through strategic, value-based payer engagement. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.

Mark Langston

Chief Development Officer

Mark began working for SCA in operations 15 years ago and now leads Development. Prior to SCA, Mark was senior vice president of operations for HealthMark Partners, Inc. and area operations manager for HealthSouth. Mark has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.

Bill joined SCA in 2014 and serves as president, development. He is responsible for overseeing and managing development activities in eastern states. Prior to his current role, Bill served as group president, operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Monmouth University and his MBA from DePaul University.

Winborne joined SCA in 2011 and serves as chief operating officer. Prior to SCA, she was a division vice president of operations for Apria Healthcare. Winborne earned a Bachelor of Arts from Meredith College.

General Counsel

Ladd joined SCA in 2014 and serves as general counsel. Prior to SCA, he was a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Burr & Forman LLP. Ladd earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Erika McNeany

President, Development West

Erika joined SCA in 2017 and most recently served as group vice president, development. In her role as president, development, Erika is responsible for overseeing and managing development activities in midwestern and western states. Prior to her role at SCA, Erika worked in health care investment banking at Citigroup. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Dare Meeks

Chief Nursing Officer

Dare serves as vice president and chief nursing officer, responsible for the development and deployment of clinical initiatives and outcomes across SCA. Her previous roles include vice president of clinical services for Practice Partners in Healthcare and as chief administrator for a large multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Birmingham, Alabama. She is a registered nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dan Murrey

MD, MPP, Chief Medical Officer of SCA and President of OptumCare Specialty Practices

An orthopedic spine surgeon, Dan co-founded and was chief executive officer of OrthoCarolina, one of the largest orthopedic practices in the country. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College, Master of Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and his MD from Harvard Medical School.

Jack has been with SCA for more than 10 years and serves as group president, operations. Prior to SCA, he spent six years managing facilities in the highly regulated skilled nursing industry. He has 14 years of experience working in health care leadership. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science from Arcadia University.

Julie serves as a group vice president in operations. Prior to SCA, she spent 20 years working in health care operations and strategy as well as management consulting. Julie served in the United States Navy for six years. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and received her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Brian joined SCA in 2018 and currently serves as group vice president, operations. Prior to SCA, Brian served in a variety of operations-focused ambulatory health care roles including most recently as Chief Operating Officer for CCRM Fertility. He earned his MBA from Lindenwood University and Bachelor of Science from Truman State University.

Oren Shill

Group Vice President, Operations

As a group vice president, Oren is responsible for operational and strategic initiatives, and he re-joined SCA in 2017. Oren is a board member of the California Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (CASA). He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix.

Group Vice President, OptumCare Specialty Practices

Rikki has been with the SCA team for nearly six years. Beginning her tenure in operations and most recently serving as the vice president of diligence and integration and vice president of communications and marketing. Prior to SCA, she was a director at Sg2 healthcare intelligence. Rikki earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University.

Jason has been with the SCA team for more than 11 years, starting as an analyst and more recently serving as chief operating officer. Prior to SCA, he was director of revenue reporting at HealthSouth for the inpatient, outpatient and surgery divisions. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.

Anthony joined SCA in 2018 and serves as chief information officer with responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the overall use of information technology. Prior to SCA, he was chief information officer at American Family Care, one of the largest urgent care providers in the U.S. Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama and an Executive MBA from Auburn University.

Chip Zahn

Group President, Operations

Chip has been with SCA since 2013 and serves as a group president, operations. Prior to SCA, he was chief operating officer at Las Colinas Medical Center in Irving, Texas. Chip received his Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Alabama and Master of Health Administration from Tulane University.
